We are based in London and are planning to deploy remote desktop services in our existing setup with two domain controllers (Primary & Secondary), two NAS storages (Main & Backup) so that our staff can work from home. It should support at least 50 users which include admin/academic staff and students (lab users). The students will mainly require access on premises, however, admin and academic staff will have remote access to their on-site resources through remote desktop services. Current hardware is not supportive of accommodating this number of remote users, so we also need recommendation for hardware upgrades and/or offers. Please also consider any addition software/operating system costs.
We are also requesting quotes for monthly maintenance costs and direct support to users.
