Job Description

  • Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems,incidents, issues, requests and queries.
  • Should have knowledge in Networking, MS Office365, Outlook various versions, Share point Skilled in windows troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge in Cloud computing, ISO OSI, routing, switching, various protocols & network Added advantage for candidate with CCNA knowledge and certification Graduates
  • Answer customer queries with best effort - can be inbound, outbound and emails.
  • Take escalation/supervisor calls as an when required Individual contributor role Good team player
